U.S. Domestic Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping for all domestic orders within the United States:

Economy (5–8 business days): FREE for all orders.

Please note: Delivery times begin after the parcel has been shipped. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the estimated timeframe.
International Shipping
We ship to over 25 countries worldwide. Our international shipping rates are tiered based on the total order value.
Why does shipping cost more for higher-value orders? As the value of your order increases, we take additional steps to ensure your custom artwork arrives in perfect condition:

Dimensions & Weight: Larger, more expensive pieces require bigger and heavier packaging. Because carriers charge based on "dimensional weight" (the space a box takes up), shipping costs for larger portraits are naturally higher.

Premium Packaging: To guarantee the safety of high-value items, we use professional-grade, reinforced materials and specialized handling techniques.

Print-on-demand (POD) items: Packages do not include prices inside the box by default.

Customs paperwork (international only): The outside of the parcel must show the actual item descriptions and values as required by law. These values cannot be removed or lowered, even for gifts.

Address changes & delivery issues

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible, we can update it only if the order hasn’t shipped.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it once the reshipping fee is paid.

Delays can occur due to weather, customs, or carrier backlogs. If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ business days (domestic) or 14+ business days (international), contact us and we’ll start a trace with the carrier.
